We’re upfront with helping you and your events and that extends to our pricing breakdown. Our calculator tells you exactly what you will pay for our services and will help you determine how much to charge for that next incredible event you’re planning.

There are no hidden surprises as our fees are already inclusive of credit card processing. We accept most major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Backing small businesses
Built within the Brisbane and Queensland Junior Chamber of Commerce and supported by CCIQ, we are as local as it gets. SafeTicket is an initiative from Sandy Lokas & Wayne Lu from Studio Hyphen and Nathan Schokker from Talio. The founders own and operate their own small businesses and they know that small businesses cop the rough end of the stick when it comes to business costs and compliance.
As a part of the committee of the Brisbane Junior Chamber of Commerce (BJCC), the founders wanted to make the platform accessible for everyone, as we know that 2020 and the effects of coronavirus have been tough, especially for the events & expos industries.

SafeTicket is built upon the SafeVisit framework - a platform that many of us know and love. SafeVisit was the preferred contact tracing platform throughout the pandemic for more than 8,000+ businesses, including council and local governments. Its framework was consulted with Queensland Health & Department of Health and Human Services Victoria to ensure accountability and requirements are exceeded.
SafeVisit platform has cyber security and best practice audit certification, commissioned by the Qld Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy performed by DVULN and Baidam Solutions.

We manage, store and secure all data sovereignly on Australian shores under Amazon Web Server (AWS). All data is encrypted using AES-256-CBC cipher. The 'gold standard' and NIST approved. We are all about supporting our local community and so there’s no funny business overseas or selling your data on in anyway. Everything is developed locally in Brisbane, Queensland.
